CX Design only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking and records keeping of orders placed online. This information is limited to Customer name, address, email, telephone number, and email addresses. CX Design will only contact the customer by phone or by email with information regarding an order placed online via cxny.com. CX Design may occasionally send email notices regarding new product lines if the customer has elected to join the email list. There is the option to discontinue these emails at any time by following the link at the bottom of every email. At no time does CX Design retain sensitive information such as credit card numbers. CX Design does not share customer information under any circumstances.

CX Design reserves the right to update or modify pricing at any time without prior notice. New York State Law requires that we collect sales tax on all orders shipped and placed within New York State, unless customer supplies a resale certificate.

CX Design accepts all major credit cards. Payment is processed only when order has shipped.

All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. Our domestic shipping rate within the 48 contiguous states is 7.5% of the total order. Our products are packed to exceed UPS requirements and are shipped free from defects. If a damage has occurred in transit, please notify us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement or to ensure that we can file a claim with UPS.
All other claims such as incorrect item, shortage, and quality of goods must be made to CX Design within seven days of receipt.

We do not accept returns unless the order has arrived damaged. We are happy to make an exchange and work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your CX Design purchase. If there are circumstances that require us to accept a return please note that this will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the item must be in resalable condition.
